Dear Washington, D.C. and Surrounding Suburbs -  It’s just snow. It’s not even two inches of snow. And yet… Sigh. Your precious 4-wheel-drive does not make up for the fact that you still don’t know how to handle slick roads. And there’s no earthly need to go parade speed down a major thoroughfare that’s been plowed, salted, sanded, and is mostly melted anyway.
